These out-of-specification military brass buttons were General Staff buttons of the U.S. Army prior to the adoption of the Great Seal button in 1902. The current design is still used today and produced by Waterbury Button Company. This vintage piece features elements of the iconic Great Seal of the United States, showcasing a majestic eagle with outstretched wings, shield, and ring of stars - symbols of honor, duty, and unwavering patriotism. Available as gold or silver cufflinks and button sets.
