Placing an Order

  • Payment required before processing – As part of Waterbury Button Company’s terms, payment must be received before an order can be accepted and scheduled. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is complete.
  • In‑stock items – We maintain inventory on popular items. These items are usually prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
  • Backorder - Once an item has run out, it will typically take 6-8 weeks to refresh the inventory.

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be undamaged and returned with all original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
